With everything that we have been dealing with in 2020, I believe everyone could benefit by taking 10 minutes whenever you can to sit with yourself 0r a friend and meditate. According to Heathline, any type of breathing exercise or techniques would be considered breathwork. While doing breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern in order to improve your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
