Join UNLV alumni, Micheal Waters, in the Fitness4Finals virtual workouts! Michael is founder and owner of Phase 1 Sports, an establishment that combines training, recovery, and physical therapy to maximize the performance of youth and elite athletes alike. There will be live workouts on 5/4, 5/6, and 5/8 at noon, and additional workout videos on 5/5 and 5/7 to do at your leisure. Make sure to get a sweat on during study week!
