science for final success

Our mission is to encourage physical activity as a scientifically validated

strategy to improve academic performance.

According to research, an active lifestyle promotes physical and mental health, reduces stress and anxiety, and can improve cognition.

Tuesday F4F Events

For this four-part race, start by running our 100 ft inflatable obstacle course, then race your heart out in a potato sack. If this isn't intimidating enough, go to the third leg of this course and test your aim. Get two bags onto the corn hole board and then reach the final  CUPCAKE eating challenge.
You can run this course as a brave individual or gather together a team of four.

obstacle course here
